We’re searching for an enthusiastic professional for our next sales development representative who is ready to prospect new customers to help support business growth. You’ll need strong persuasion skills to turn potential customer prospects into qualified leads. We need someone who can use social media to find prospects and start building relationships with them. Our ideal candidate has previously worked in a customer service or sales role, is an excellent dealmaker, and loves talking to people on the phone and in person. Responsibilities:
Work with sales management to reach goals and improve the sales process
Develop social media strategies for Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social networks
Prospect leads by doing a variety of actions, such as calling, texting, or emailing individuals, and chatting with them at events
Keep an eye on what the competition is doing, and come up with a strategy to market to potential customers
Identify and create high-value business opportunities for our sales team to pursue and close
Qualifications:
Details and meeting goals motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team
Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software is preferred
Successful experience providing customer service preferred
High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred
You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
Ideal candidate should be Bilingual - Proficient in levels of Spanish/English writing, reading, & speaking in both languages
