Schedule/Shifts:

Typical schedule is off Sundays + another day and starting anywhere from 7:00am-8:30 am.

Must have flexibility in scheduling, working early mornings, weekends, and holidays (closed New Years, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas eve, and Christmas day).


Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Reports to and works closely with Kitchen Manager
  • assist head bakers w/ production baking which includes: specialty orders, case cake production, and wholesale when needed
  • fillings and frostings
  • pastry production
  • all specialty desserts
  • storefront retail case
  • wholesale items
  • assist with wholesale deliveries
  • focus on handling customer orders, inventory management, quality control, maintaining kitchen, and organization.

Ideal/Qualified Candidates will:

  • be available to work full time. (35-40 hours)
  • have strong communication and organization skills
  • have a positive, coachable attitude and willingness to learn
  • have reliable transportation.
  • have 1-2 years of production bakery/pastry experience preferred. Pastry School applicants welcomed.
  • have worked at least one year in high volume production bakery
  • be responsible for decoration of specialty cupcakes and pastries
  • have good time management skills and the ability to multi-task with a calm demeanor
  • have the ability to follow directions, establish procedures, and prioritize tasks
  • have the ability to visually examine products for quality and specifications
  • be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
  • able to follow recipes and instructions both written and oral
  • maintain a clean personal work area, as well as public work area
  • Obtain Food Handlers License w/i 30 days of being hired
