We provide a comprehensive training program as well as excellent marketing tools and administrative support. $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
- Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
- Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
- Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
- Meet with qualified home sellers and guide them through the listing process
- Deliver a smooth, professional home-selling experience
- Build strong client relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
- Follow up and manage your pipeline using our CRM system
- Host open houses and convert opportunities into clients
- Participate in weekly training, coaching, and team meetings
Qualifications:
- Tech savvy
- Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
- Organized and manages time effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Active Real Estate License (South Carolina required)
- Full-time commitment to real estate sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Coachable, driven, and growth-focused
- Organized with excellent follow-through
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset
