Agent Real Estate Schools is seeking an experienced and licensed Broker Associate to join our partner real estate team. This non-managing position is ideal for a motivated professional who wants to bring experience, stability, and production consistency to a growing team while earning rewarding commissions.

As a Broker Associate, you will focus on your own production while contributing seasoned insight and professionalism that strengthens the team as a whole. You will collaborate with other agents, share strategies that elevate performance, and help create a high-trust, results-driven environment.

• Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
• Manage listings from consultation through closing with accuracy and professionalism
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up
• Conduct market analysis and pricing strategies to support client goals
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive environment
• Leverage company systems and tools to manage leads and grow production
• Attend training, coaching, and development sessions to stay current in the market
• Uphold compliance standards and maintain integrity in all business dealings

• Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team
• Unparallelled communication and customer service skills

• An active California Real Estate Broker License is required, or the ability to obtain one
• Real estate license required minimum
• Minimum of 3 years of residential real estate experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of local market trends and contract procedures
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a consistent work ethic and commitment to growth
• Comfortable using CRM and transaction management software
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Professional demeanor with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
