Your impact
Contribute to daily precast output by assisting across pour, strip, finish, and general production tasks
Stage, load, and unload materials and supplies to meet schedule targets
Keep forms, tools, equipment, and work areas clean and production-ready
Partner with skilled trades and supervisors to accomplish plan-of-the-day objectives
Use hand tools and small power tools correctly, following procedures
Model proper PPE use and follow all safety policies
Maintain an orderly, uncluttered work environment
Flex to overtime or varied shifts as production needs evolve
Execute instructions accurately, with a focus on quality and efficiency
Take on additional duties as assigned
What you’ll handle daily
Form preparation, oiling, and setup
Concrete placement, vibration support, and finishing assistance
Stripping/demolding and moving cured product safely
Equipment and tool cleaning
What it takes
Strong record of attendance, punctuality, and reliability
Dependable transportation to and from the facility
Comfort working indoors and outdoors in a physically demanding role
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs on a routine basis
Stamina to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and be on your feet for long periods
Capacity to follow written and verbal directions
Growth mindset with willingness to learn processes and safety standards
