• Contribute to daily precast output by assisting across pour, strip, finish, and general production tasks
• Stage, load, and unload materials and supplies to meet schedule targets
• Keep forms, tools, equipment, and work areas clean and production-ready
• Partner with skilled trades and supervisors to accomplish plan-of-the-day objectives
• Use hand tools and small power tools correctly, following procedures
• Model proper PPE use and follow all safety policies
• Maintain an orderly, uncluttered work environment
• Flex to overtime or varied shifts as production needs evolve
• Execute instructions accurately, with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Take on additional duties as assigned

• Form preparation, oiling, and setup
• Concrete placement, vibration support, and finishing assistance
• Stripping/demolding and moving cured product safely
• Equipment and tool cleaning

• Strong record of attendance, punctuality, and reliability
• Dependable transportation to and from the facility
• Comfort working indoors and outdoors in a physically demanding role
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs on a routine basis
• Stamina to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and be on your feet for long periods
• Capacity to follow written and verbal directions
