HHA/CNA who is able to transfer a 150 pound client in and out of a wheelchair on their own.  Qualified candidate must be able to provide hands-on assistance with personal care and mobility.  Key responsibilities include helping with daily tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and assisting with transfers and mobility.
