About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our Medicare Project team. This is an excellent opportunity for licensed professionals who are passionate about helping seniors find the right Medicare coverage. As a 1099 independent contractor, youll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely, set your own schedule, and earn uncapped commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans (PDPs).
• Generate, manage, and close qualified Medicare leads.
• Educate clients on plan options while ensuring compliance with CMS regulations.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up promptly on inquiries.
• Stay informed on carrier updates, compliance policies, and product training.

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of sales experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-driven and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
Familiarity with CRM systems and virtual sales platforms
