York Employment is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to support the monthly sales reporting process, maintain existing reports, and contribute to the enhancement of reporting tools and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, analysis, and maintenance of monthly sales reports
• Develop, update, and enhance sales reporting using Excel
• Convert existing and legacy sales reports from Microsoft Access into Excel-based formats
• Support ad hoc reporting requests and data analysis needs
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including data analysis, formulas, and pivot tables)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid organizational and administrative skills

Additional Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with SAP and/or SAP Business Warehouse
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Access
• Familiarity with Power BI
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
