We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sheetmetal Fabrication Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Houston, TX. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our sheet metal fabrication department, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. • Manage daily production schedules to meet delivery and quality goals.

• Supervise shop operations and prioritize workflow.

• Monitor setup and run times and update production systems.

• Coordinate expedited orders, overtime, and shipping schedules.

• Ensure compliance with work instructions and quality requirements.

• Lead, train, and motivate production employees.

• Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Management to improve efficiency.

• Enforce safety standards, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance.

• Identify and implement process improvements.

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or fabrication.

• Strong knowledge of shop operations and production processes.

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
