As a DSP, you’ll play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals, helping them live their best lives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting individuals with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, personal care, and household tasks.
• Supporting individuals in achieving their personal goals and fostering independence.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with the individuals you support.
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals at all times.
• Documenting daily activities and progress accurately and efficiently.
