Role Summary
Embrace the challenge of ensuring our equipment's efficiency as our Evening Shift Maintenance Specialist. With precision and attention to detail, guarantee that mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems operate without disruption. Work from Monday to Thursday, 3:00 pm to 1:30 am, and be rewarded with a competitive hourly wage plus a sign-on incentive and differential.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and test machinery regularly for optimal performance.
• Disassemble defective machines; replace components and restore functions.
• Lubricate machinery and maintain clean, functioning components.
• Conduct installations and upkeep for hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a tidy workspace.
• Perform changeover procedures effectively for product variances.
• Communicate equipment concerns and assist in problem resolution with management.

Qualifications Required

• Completion of a technical certification program.
• Two years of industrial maintenance experience or a balanced mix of education and experience within production fields.
• Additional expertise with farm or automotive equipment is welcomed.
