CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT WANTEDYou Keep This Place Running. We Actually Know That.

If you’re a CNA who:

  • Has answered 47 call lights at once

  • Knows residents better than anyone (including their coffee order)

  • Can spot a change in condition from across the hall

  • Has ever thought, “If CNAs ran this place, it’d be flawless”

First of all — facts.
Second — we need you here.

Welcome to Heights Care & Rehab

Where CNAs are respected, supported, and treated like the backbone of the building — because you are.

We’re looking for CNAs with SNF experience (or strong interest) who work hard, care deeply, and have a sense of humor strong enough to survive healthcare.

Real Care. Real Respect. Zero Tolerance for CNA Disrespect. The Job (AKA: The Important Stuff)

You’ll be:

  • Providing hands-on care with dignity and compassion

  • Supporting residents with ADLs, mobility, and comfort

  • Working with nurses who actually appreciate CNAs

  • Being heard when you speak up (yes, really)

  • Making a difference every single shift — even when it’s chaos

No “just a CNA” nonsense.
No being ignored.
No unsafe staffing shrugged off as normal.

What You Need to Qualify (The Official Stuff)

To work as a CNA in a Colorado SNF, you must have:

  • Active Colorado CNA certification

  • Be listed in good standing on the Colorado Nurse Aide Registry

  • Experience in (or willingness to learn) skilled nursing care

  • A strong back, a stronger heart, and at least some caffeine tolerance

Why CNAs Actually Like It Here
  • A strong, supportive culture (not just words on a poster)

  • An incredible NHA who respects nursing and support staff

  • Nurses who know CNAs are essential — not optional

  • Leadership that backs you up

  • Coworkers who laugh with you when things get wild

Yes, humor is allowed. Encouraged. Sometimes necessary.

You’ll Thrive Here If You:
  • Care deeply about residents

  • Want respect, not lip service

  • Believe teamwork makes hard shifts survivable

  • Love being a CNA but hate being treated like you’re disposable

Fair Warning
