What You’ll DoLead day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring safe, accurate, and compliant dispensing
Manage staffing, scheduling, and workflow to meet patient care and business goals
Mentor and develop pharmacists, technicians, and front-end staff
Act as a trusted resource for complex patient, provider, and clinical concerns
Partner with leadership on MTM services, clinical programs, and innovative patient care initiatives
Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and support continuous improvement
Monitor quality metrics and ensure regulatory compliance
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the patient and customer experience
Stay current on pharmacy best practices and contribute to policy development
BS or PharmD in Pharmacy
Active Wisconsin Pharmacist License
3–5 years of pharmacy management or supervisory experience (preferred)
Immunization certification (preferred)
Knowledge of proactive health, wellness, and nutraceuticals
Experience with pharmacy systems (PioneerRx preferred) and Google Workspace
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
