What You’ll Do
  • Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring safe, accurate, and compliant dispensing

  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and workflow to meet patient care and business goals

  • Mentor and develop pharmacists, technicians, and front-end staff

  • Act as a trusted resource for complex patient, provider, and clinical concerns

  • Partner with leadership on MTM services, clinical programs, and innovative patient care initiatives

  • Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and support continuous improvement

  • Monitor quality metrics and ensure regulatory compliance

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the patient and customer experience

  • Stay current on pharmacy best practices and contribute to policy development

What You Bring
  • BS or PharmD in Pharmacy

  • Active Wisconsin Pharmacist License

  • 3–5 years of pharmacy management or supervisory experience (preferred)

  • Immunization certification (preferred)

  • Knowledge of proactive health, wellness, and nutraceuticals

  • Experience with pharmacy systems (PioneerRx preferred) and Google Workspace

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
