Accounts Payable & Receivable Clerk
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable/Receivable specialist to join our dealership's accounting team. The position plays a key role in ensuring the timely processing of invoices, customer payments, vendor accounts, and financial records while supporting the daily operations of multiple dealership locations.

Compensation:$19 - $26 hourly
Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable
- Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Match purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents.
- Prepare and process vendor payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain organized AP files and documentation.
Accounts Receivable
- Monitor and reconcile customer accounts monthly.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Prepare deposits and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with month-end closing and account reconciliations.
General Accounting
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with schedules, reports, and audits as needed.
- Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and dealership staff.
- Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable experience REQUIRED.
- Automotive dealership accounting experience preferred.
- Experience with dealership management systems (Dealertrack is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Dependable, Self-motivated, and a strong team player.
