MULTI LOGISTICS INC is looking for a reliable and motivated Local CDL Driver to join our Amazon contractor team in South Gate, CA. Responsibilities:
- Operate a commercial vehicle to complete local Amazon delivery routes in and around South Gate, CA
- Load, secure, and transport freight safely and efficiently in compliance with DOT regulations
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of packages to designated stops along assigned routes
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues
- Maintain delivery logs, manifests, and electronic records using provided devices or software
- Communicate professionally with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers as needed
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies at all times
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Clean driving record with a satisfactory MVR (Motor Vehicle Report)
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable CDL driving experience preferred
- Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Familiarity with local South Gate, AND INLAND EMPIRE CA and greater Los Angeles area roads and routes
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet tight delivery deadlines
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
