In-Home Sales Representative
Location: Central Jersey, NJ
Compensation: $100,000+ annually (100% Commission | Uncapped Earnings)

What You'll Do- Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations
- Present customized bathroom remodeling solutions
- Use our iPad-based sales system to create designs and proposals
- Educate customers on products and financing options
- Build trust, provide pricing, and close sales
- Participate in ongoing sales training
- Sales experience preferred (in-home or outside sales)
- Home improvement experience is a plus
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable transportation
