Their HIM team plays an essential role in ensuring documentation meets clinical and regulatory standards.

Job Description:

The role involves performing accurate and timely data entry while supporting healthcare billing operations. The position requires proficiency in multiple computer systems, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion. Success in this role is measured through meeting established productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support healthcare billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Navigate and work across multiple computer programs simultaneously.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) for reporting, communication, and record management.
  • Communicate effectively through face-to-face, verbal, electronic, and telephonic interactions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and secure management of sensitive information at all times.
  • Organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and established performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members while also working independently to achieve departmental goals.
  • Consistently meet or exceed production and quality standards in a metrics-based role.

  • Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in data entry, billing in a medical office environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills; Epic experience preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

Additional Details:

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
