Position – Maintenance Technician
Job Location – Hartland, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (7:00am – 3:00pm)
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $20-$22 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 1-3 years of maintenance experience
Responsibilities
-Perform preventive maintenance on designated production equipment as directed by the Facilities Manager
-Assist with machine repairs and troubleshooting equipment issues
-Perform building maintenance duties, including painting, bulb/ballast replacement, minor office repairs, organizing chemicals and labeling containers, snow shoveling, etc.
-Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
-1-3 year’s maintenance preventative and repair experience, or a combination of education and experience
-Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as technical procedures, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
-Basic math skills and exceptional problem solving skills
