Ensure the application process for GEOINT certification that is administered in a consistent, accessible, and secure manner and complies with the guidelines and procedures outlined in DoD Manual 3305.10
The security of candidate records, scores, and certification and decertification documents.
The Candidates are tracked from initial request to certification and information is reported to the DoD Components.
Supporting documentation of the process will be included as part of the PDD
Ensure data maintenance policies clearly define and establish “need to know” criteria and GEOINT-related system access requirements.

Ensure requirement will be in accordance with the considerations listed in the DITEB Guide for the Development and Management of a Nationally Accredited Professional Certification Program.
This system of record should also be designed to serve as the Candidate Management component in the DITEB guide.
Establish and coordinate a process for developing, reviewing, and endorsing each DoD Component’s Annual Report on GEOINT Accreditation and Certification.
Establish and implement a process for collecting and disseminating GEOINT Certification Program information from and to NSG members and DoD Components.
Collect metrics for each DoD Component’s GEOINT Certification Program status for inclusion in an annual report to the USD(I).
Integrate NGA and DoD Components’ Annual Reports on GEOINT Accreditation and Certification into a comprehensive assessment and evaluation package for submission to the Director, NGA, and subsequent delivery to the DNI.
Required/Desired Skills and Experience:
Experience developing and managing large and complex databases.
Demonstrated experience applying quality control measures.
Ability to visually depict complex data for consumption by senior leaders.
