Sweet Treets Bakery is a woman-owned, Austin-based bakery specializing in wedding cakes, celebration cakes, cupcakes, and desserts that are both beautiful and unforgettable. For over a decade, we’ve built our reputation on artistry, precision, and flavor. We’re now looking for a skilled Cake Decorator to join our team and help us deliver show-stopping cakes at the highest possible standards.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of professional cake decorating experience (wedding and custom cakes preferred)
• Strong skills in buttercream, fondant, and piping techniques
• Ability to execute both classic and modern cake designs with precision
• Experience decorating cupcakes and smaller desserts with creative flair
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously
• A positive, collaborative attitude and pride in craftsmanship
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexibility to work weekends and some holidays

Responsibilities

• Decorate wedding cakes, birthday cakes, and cupcakes to Sweet Treets’ design standards
• Work with the bakery team to ensure flawless execution of custom orders
• Collaborate with clients’ design requests and bring creative visions to life
• Maintain consistency, precision, and attention to detail across all products
• Assist with production, preparation, and finishing work as needed
• Keep decorating tools and workspace clean and organized
