We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our healthcare facility team in Buffalo, NY. The ideal candidate will help ensure our building, equipment, and grounds are maintained in a safe, clean, and fully operational condition for residents, staff, and visitors. First, second, and third shift available.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks in a timely manner

• Maintain facility grounds, including seasonal outdoor upkeep

• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and coordinate repairs when necessary

• Ensure compliance with safety and healthcare facility regulations

• Assist with room turnovers, painting, basic carpentry, and general upkeep

• Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies

• Previous maintenance or facility experience preferred

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs

• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment/materials as needed

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented

• Healthcare or nursing home experience is a plus
