Operations & Administration
  • Ensure the team meets key Performance Metrics, including the New Recruit Success Rate (e.g., canvasser attendance, door-knocking quotas, claim requirements).
  • Measure and strive to achieve high Collections Efficiency (percentage of projects with all funds collected within 60 days of roof completion).
  • Monitor the supplement process to maximize company profitability.
  • Approve jobs for production, completion, and invoicing when necessary.
  • Safeguard company interests and negotiate better prices with suppliers.
  • Source and hire an Office Administrator for efficient office operations.

  • Review commission sheets with PMs and TLs to ensure accuracy.
