Reporting directly to the EVS Director or designee. Under general direction, clean and maintain all carpeted and hard surfaces in the facility, preforms preventative maintenance on special floor equipment. Works on special projects and committees as assigned by the Director of EVS

Requirements:

1. One (1) year of knowledge within acute care hospital environmental service techniques, practices and procedures preferred
2. High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
3. Ability to speak, read and write basic English
4. Must have positive attitude, and willingness to work as a team member
5. Position performs general cleaning functions in all areas of the facility
6. Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday
