Videographer, Editor
MANSARD Commercial Real Estate is looking to hire a videographer to shoot and edit a :90 - 2:00 minute behind the scenes video that shows how we sell our clients commercial real estate. The concept is basically showcasing from the time a client signs an agreement to sell through us to the time the property sells.
If hired, you should be able to supply your own equipment and editing software. In office location for shooting is in downtown Andover. Other factors needed in video will be:
VO
B-roll
Background music
Possibly some graphic design.
Scripting, conceptual, and story boarding will be provided.
Real Estate experience is not needed but is nice to have.
This project should take no more than a month to complete.
Remote work for editing is allowed.
Expect 1-2 days of shooting in the office.
