Synergy Children’s Therapy is expanding, and we are currently looking for a speech pathologist interested in working with wonderful clients in our office, Monday through Friday building up to a full-time caseload. This is currently a 1099 contract position with the opportunity to change over time. The ideal candidate would be willing to accept incoming and established clients to provide effective, efficient, one-on-one therapy. We are looking for a therapist who is experienced in working with school-aged children, as well as preschool children (1-4 years of age). Responsibilities:

- Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in individuals of all ages.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' specific needs.
- Provide therapy sessions to improve clients' speech and language skills.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and educators, to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide counseling and support to clients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.

Experience:

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Valid state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Previous experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist is preferred.
- Knowledge of various assessment tools and therapy techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Salary: $36.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
