Sales Rep
*** HIRING IMMEDIATELY***
Hello!
We sell fresh cold-pressed juice (our main product), kombucha and vegan soups at farmers� markets all over Southern California.
This particular position we are IMMEDIATELY hiring for is EVERY:
*SUNDAY in Malibu, CA
*Also to be �on-call� as a back-up rep for all other markets if you�re available.
A company car AND gas are provided to and from the markets. HOWEVER, you need to email/text a picture of your drivers license when you send in your resume. Will look into driving record first, before setting up interview.
Each market varies from an average of 8 hours per day depending on driving distance.
The farther distance of the market from our kitchen in Laguna Niguel, the higher base pay for day.
Start time for Malibu 5:45am back by 3pm.
PAY for Malibu: $150 base, + 10% Commission on Sales Over $500.
Job Responsibilities:
*Commitment EVERY SUNDAY. Day off request 3 weeks prior at minimum.
*Setting up the booth (canopy, table display, put up marketing signs)
*Must be technology savvy with your own cell phone as we have multiple way to accept payment and will require you to download 1 app and have QR codes ready to go to accept payments via Venmo and Cashapp.
*Must own a battery charger and they only cost $20 on Amazon as you will need extra charging.
*Must be able to stand on your feet up to 5/6 hours max.
*Must be in good health and strong as equipment can be heavy. Or don�t be shy or afraid to ask other market vendors for some quick help lifting the coolers.
*Must be outgoing, personable, relationship builder, trustworthy, dependable, good communicator and hopefully some sales experience.
*OTHER COMPENSATION for �on call�: For Orange County $100 base, Apple Valley $150 base, and La Quinta $200 base. HOWEVER, all sales reps regardless of the location receive 10% commission on sales over $500. NO caps on commission!! The more you sell the more you make!
