Job Description:
As a Realtor, you will play a crucial role in helping clients buy and sell properties. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
*Conducting market research to stay up-to-date with local real estate trends.
*Building and managing a portfolio of clients.
*Providing expert advice to clients on property values, market conditions, and financing options.
*Assisting clients with property purchases and sales, including negotiations and contract management.
*Creating and executing effective marketing strategies to promote properties.
*Conducting property viewings and open houses.
*Collaborating with other team members and industry professionals.
Qualifications:
*A valid real estate license in the state of Oregon, or within 30 days of taking your exam.
*Customer-focused with a professional and friendly demeanor.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Familiarity and comfort with phone and web-based technology.
