PsychMind Counseling and Psychiatry is now hiring a part to full time, contract therapist who can treat adults, children and adolescents. This is a remote telehealth position.Qualified candidate:

1. Is a LPCC, LCSW, LMFT or LPCA
2. Ability to work effectively on a multidisciplinary team.
3. Diagnoses and treats mental health disorders.
4. Creates individualized treatment plans according to client needs and circumstances.
5. Collaborate with other treatment team members to coordinate client care.
6. Meets with clients regularly to provide counseling and adjusts treatment plans as necessary.
7. Responsible for timely and accurate completion of medical records, including assessment, treatment plan, progress notes, outcome measures, and billing entries.
8. Conducts ongoing assessments of client progress.
9. Collaborate with guardians, relatives, and significant others on client’s conditions and treatment when clinically appropriate.
10. Prepare and submit assessments, progress notes, reports, and summaries to entities/agencies (Medicaid, insurance companies, etc.) as required.
11. Return calls and emails promptly (within 24 hours of receipt or sooner if clinically necessary).
12. Actively participate in company education, training, and in-services to confirm
understanding of new information or changes to established clinical policies and procedures
13. Serves as a representative of PsychMind Counseling and Psychiatry, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration and discretion in all interactions with PsychMind team members, clients, regulators and members of the general public

14. Provides tele-health.
