Alexander Graham LLC is a licensed and insured general contractor and residential building company located in Rochester, MI. We do various residential and commercial jobs and projects consisting of remodeling, painting, drywall installation and finishing, bathroom and kitchen remodels, and more.
We are currently in the process of redefining our scope and narrowing down more specifically to new build garages. This consists of site excavation and preparation, concrete work and finishing, carpentry, siding installation, and roofing. Not only does this narrow down our wide scope of work, but it also provides a more standard project from job to job.
Ultimately, our mid-term goal is to continue developing and perfecting our craft and transition to new build, safe and affordable homes to those in need. There is a great need for housing and development of housing in Southeastern Michigan, and we look to fit that niche. We are looking to grow, expand, and develop.
Mission Statement
Alexander Graham LLC is a licensed and insured residential building and general contracting business dedicated to rehab and revitalization of vacant and distressed residential and commercial property to provide safe, affordable, and habitable housing to those in need.
In effort to fit the mold of our mission statement we need to hire a project manager, a skilled construction labor crew, and perfect our profession. When the skills necessary have been perfected by the crew at hand, we will look to partner with local governments to provide housing to those in need for the greater good.
REQUIREMENTS
-Must be 18 years or older
-Must be hard-working, reliable, and professional
-Must comply with a drug and alcohol-free work environment and job site
-Must have reliable transportation
WAGES
Project Manager: $30/hr
Skilled Construction Labor: $20-$25/hr based on experience and expertise
PREFERENCE
Preference will be given to those who possess higher education, experience, overall knowledge and expertise, reliability, etc.
