Pilates Instructor
The Club at Las Campanas, an exclusive and private Country Club located just 15 minutes from the Historic Plaza in downtown Santa Fe, has an opportunity available for an experienced Pilates Instructor. This is an Independent Contractor Position that is ideal for a highly energetic individual that is passionate about health and fitness, is a team player with the ability to teach a variety of clientele at different fitness levels.
As an Independent Contractor, your schedule is yours to make, but we would like you to be working at least 30 hours per week and teaching 1-2 small group Pilates classes per week.
Training rates are $75-$85 per hour, DOE.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
• At least two years of teaching group classes
• Punctual, professional, reliable, and dedicated
• Individual must have a strong customer service background, positive attitude, and be willing to work as part of a team.
• Must have national Certification, CPR/AED certification and personal liability insurance
• Energetic, positive, and motivational teaching style
Responsibilities:
• Providing Pilates group reformer classes pursuant to The Club at Las Campanas standards
• Instructing clients using proper form and safe methods on a variety of equipment including, but not limited to, Reformer, Springboard, Exo-Chair, hand weights, etc. to ensure a safe, yet creative experience
• Visually inspecting the equipment prior to each class to ensure it is in good working order and safe to use
• Communicate in a timely & professional manner with members/clients
• Help us maintain a clean, safe and beautiful studio environment

The Club at Las Campanas requires that all members, guests, regular employees, and contract employees are fully vaccinated against Covid-19. Vaccine card will be required to gain access to our campus. We require that everyone wears a mask indoors and we ensure that our common areas are regularly sanitized.
