Marketing Administrative Assistant

Duration - We will start with 3-6 months. Position can be extended or converted to full-time based on candidate and business performance.

Duties:
1. Help and lead Boson's efforts to register and set up operations in Fargo, ND
2. Work on filling and submitting various state/county application forms and fee payments
3. Marketing analyst activities - Explore and document market potential. Develop documentation, marketing collateral, brochures, flyers, etc.
4. Support & Admin activities - New employee onboarding, forms, timesheet reconciliations, Amazon and Online purchases, make monthly outgoing payments. Reimburse employee expenses, Book flight tickets, package shipping, etc.
