At Healthy Minds Counseling & Hypnotherapy we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized care to our clients. The owner, Theresa Cloyd, LPC, CHT, has over 6 years of related behavioral health experience. Prior to establishing her private practice, Theresa was employed in various settings including universities and non-profit social services. Theresa has in-depth experience in group counseling, individual counseling and hypnotherapy.

We are currently seeking a Licensed Therapist (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW) to join our team as an independent contractor. As a therapist at Healthy Minds Counseling, your intake sessions will be completed by our behavioral health technician, Katelyn. You will be responsible for conducting psychotherapy, preparing and completing mental health assessments, progress notes, and developing treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct mental health assessments to understand the client's needs and develop a

treatment plan.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely client records.
• Adhere to all professional, ethical, and legal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Current and valid therapy license in the state of Arizona and active Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Current CPR & First Aid Certifications
• DSM-5 diagnostic competency
• Completion of notes and other required documentation within 24 hours of completed session. (Same day completion preferred)
• Pass background check and drug screen
• Must have smartphone, computer access and be comfortable with technology
• Must provide own private practice liability insurance
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
• Work evenings and weekends as needed for patient care (preferred)
