Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of assigned Works Orders to provide Onsite Field Support to major brands.
- Install, configure, maintain network equipment to include Software upgrades, Point of Sale devices, Switches, Routers, SD-WANS, Card Readers, Printers, A/V, POE devices, Cat 5/6 and Fiber Cable drops.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including connectivity problems and hardware failures
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operation of the network infrastructure
- Maintain documentation of network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of computer networking principles and protocols, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, and DNS
- Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows
- Proficiency with network administration tools and technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical information effectively
