We are a leading holiday design boutique specializing in residential holiday lighting for Halloween and Christmas. Our innovative virtual design process allows us to connect with clients in a personal and creative way, ensuring their homes shine brightly during the festive season.
*Position Overview:*
As a Virtual Holiday Design Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our business, conducting virtual meetings with clients to help them design their dream holiday displays. You'll work with warm leads from last year and new leads for this year (20-30 calls/hr) to schedule qualified clients on our busy schedule. With scripts, training, and hands-on experience, you'll master the art of connecting with clients, assessing budgets, and closing deals. You'll be guided through shadowing seasoned sales professionals until you're confident in conducting your own virtual design sales consultations.
*Qualities We Seek:*
We're looking for individuals who are not only technically savvy and efficient but also possess the charisma and flair to excel in virtual meetings and phone conversations. Reading people, selling persuasively, and understanding budget considerations are essential skills. Experience in sales is preferred, and confidence and a proactive attitude are a must, considering this is an emotional sale with a crucial technical aspect.
*Your Role:*
- Schedule virtual design meetings with qualified clients
- Independently conduct virtual design sales meetings
- Meet weekly call and sales quotas
*Preferred Skills:*
- Sales experience and a proven ability to connect with clients
- Design background (interior design, kitchen design, decorating) is a plus
- Technical/computer proficiency
- Strong organizational skills
