Digital Marketing Associate

MPath Coaching LLC, a professional coaching company, is currently looking for an entry-level, highly driven Digital Marketer to join our team. This position will report directly to the CEO. This role provides an opportunity to be directly involved in all aspects of digital marketing.

This unique and dynamic position is approximately 5-10 hours / week and is perfect for a motivated individual who desires to deepen their digital marketing skills and strategically grow a brand.

Candidates should be able to learn quickly and hit the ground running.

Role Description:

• Build, plan and implement digital marketing strategy and calendar
• Manage campaigns through digital marketing tactics (Social, Organic Search/SEO, Email, Content) to drive program impact
• Analyze end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, customer data, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Map out how digital assets can be optimized for business results
• Create landing pages and content to optimize user experience and drive company goals and metrics
• Edit and optimize videos for webinars, YouTube
• Build email sequences and funnels and measure effectiveness using ConvertKit
• Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels
• Funnel and nurture warm leads, and generate new leads for all conversion events
• Build and manage Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns to meet or exceed designated KPIs
• Analyze ad performance and demonstrate a complete understanding of metrics to optimize towards KPIs
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments, including A/B and conversion tests


• U.S. based only. Entry level. Part-time freelance remote position.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
• Experience working in digital marketing including: SEO, social media (including but not limited to: Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn), campaigns, Facebook/Instagram Ads, ConvertKit or related email service provider
• Experience with video editing and optimizing content to drive results
• Highly creative and analytical with ability to design on-brand posts and graphics
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Must be able to communicate effectively - written/verbal
• Have a strong work ethic, the ability to work unsupervised and independently
• Experience with optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Creative, innovative, strategic and organized
• Fast learner – can pick up new digital marketing tools and technology quickly

• Lead conversion and target cost-per-lead
• Launch sales results - company and personal
• Weekly social messaging and lead generation metrics
