Position Overview:

• Pay: $12/hour 

Platform Fee: $49.99 bi-weekly (deducted from earnings)

Work Schedule: Create your own hours, with a minimum of 15 hours/week

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests via inbound and outbound calls. 

Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring all necessary information is recorded in the system.

Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines to ensure high-quality service.

Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers when appropriate.

Flexibility: Create your own schedule to fit your lifestyle while working a minimum of 15 hours per week.
