Contractor Cleaner
We are seeking an independent cleaning contractor to provide residential and commercial cleaning services. The successful candidate will have experience in providing high-quality cleaning services, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Provide residential and commercial cleaning services to clients
Adhere to guidelines for cleaning processes and procedures
Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure the safety and quality of services provided
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Maintain a professional and organized appearance while on the job
Follow scheduling and time management protocols to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks
Ensure the safety and security of the client's home and possessions during the cleaning process
Handle special requests or specific cleaning needs from clients as required
Follow agency policies and procedures for billing and invoicing
Qualifications:
Previous experience in providing residential and commercial cleaning services
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines and processes
Ability to maintain a professional and organized appearance while on the job
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
This is an independent contractor position and compensation will be based on a hourly rate per-job basis.
