Step into our modern, temperature-controlled facility in Ontario, CA 91762, where your work keeps products safe, organized, and moving efficiently. In this hands-on role, you’ll help power the cold chain while growing your skills alongside a supportive team.

• Support receiving and shipping by loading and unloading products in a refrigerated environment.
• Watch over temperature settings and document readings to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct quality inspections on both inbound and outbound items.
• Keep storage areas clean, orderly, and free of hazards.
• Partner closely with teammates to hit production targets and timeframes.
• Immediately report equipment issues or safety risks to supervisors.
• Participate in training and follow all company policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Background in warehouse or cold storage is a plus.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for long periods.
• Keen attention to detail with a strong safety mindset.
• Clear communicator who works well in a team setting.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including some weekends and holidays as needed.
