Provides prescribed medications, drug information and appropriate clinical expertise as needed for optimum patient care.

Requirements:

1. Pharmacy License and registration as required

2. Critical Care experience required and OR experience preferred

3. Completion of 5-6 year program form accredited school of pharmacy

4. Completion of internship and at least one year hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
