Experience: 5–8 Years

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Project Manager to oversee earthwork, underground utility, and site development projects in the Cape Canaveral area. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil construction operations, project financials, scheduling, and team coordination.

• Manage projects from preconstruction through completion
• Oversee budgets, schedules, forecasting, and change orders
• Coordinate with Superintendents, field teams, subcontractors, and owners
• Review plans, specifications, and project requirements
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

• 5–8 years of heavy civil construction experience
• Experience with earthwork, mass grading, underground utilities, and site development
• Strong understanding of project cost control, scheduling, and client management
• Ability to read and interpret civil plans and specifications
• Experience with HCSS, AGTEK, and/or Bid2Win preferred
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
