Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment in the Atlanta, GA area. This role is ideal for professionals with strong clinical expertise and a commitment to delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services in an outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with physician orders
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during imaging procedures
- Operate radiologic equipment while adhering to safety and radiation protection standards
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to support patient care
- Follow all departmental protocols, policies, and regulatory guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Radiologic Technologist
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
- AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Strong knowledge of radiographic procedures and equipment
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
Additional Requirements
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment
