Fast-Paced • High-Impact • Mission-Critical

Are you the person who can't let a loose thread go? Who'd rather track down one more document than let a case sit unfinished? Who gets a thrill from cracking open a messy report and finding exactly what's wrong? If “I'll figure it out” is basically your personal motto, we want to talk to you.

We're looking for a Financial Integrity Specialist — the person responsible for making absolutely sure our facility gets paid for every resident, every day, no exceptions. This is not a sit-back-and-wait job. It's a do-whatever-it-takes job: filing Medicaid applications, chasing down documentation, working the phones, collecting NAMI and private-pay balances, and reviewing accounts with a detective's eye to catch problems before they snowball.

A Day in This Role Might Include

•       Racing a Medicaid recertification deadline and getting the last document in just in time.

•       Calling a family to track down paperwork, then following up again because that's how it gets done.

•       Collecting copayments and NAMI balances and watching your numbers stay current.

•       Spotting a discrepancy buried in a batch report and flagging it before it becomes a real problem.

•       Wrapping up an admission agreement and helping a new resident's account start out right.

You'll Thrive Here If You

•       Love variety and don't mind switching gears fast — mail one minute, Medicaid paperwork the next, a collections call after that.

•       Are organized enough to keep dozens of open cases straight without losing momentum on any of them.

•       Get genuine satisfaction from following through until a case is fully resolved.

•       Communicate clearly and confidently with residents, families, agencies, and coworkers alike.

•       Want a role where your work has an immediate, visible impact on the facility's bottom line.

What We're Looking For

•       Background in Medicaid, long-term care billing, or healthcare collections preferred.

•       Sharp eye for detail and comfort with financial reports and documentation.

•       Persistence — the willingness to follow up until the job is actually done.

•       High school diploma required; related degree a plus.

Ready to Make Every Dollar Count?

If you're ready to be the engine that keeps our facility's finances running — fast-paced, detail-driven, and never boring — apply today. Bring your persistence. We'll bring the cases.
