Connect Staffingis seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialistfor a promotion products manufacturing company in the city of Garden Grove, CA.

Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday

Requirements of an Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Minimum of 6 months of Account Receivable experience.
• Must have effective problem-solving skills
• Must have excellent and effective written, communication, andcustomer service skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to professionally handle difficult situations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
• Self-motivated with effective independent research skills
• Prior experience in roles such as Accounts Receivable, Collections Specialist, Credit Analyst, Accounts Payable Specialist, and Accounting Assistant is a plus!

Responsibilities of an Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Make collection calls to clients to address and resolve outstanding receivables
• Process credit card payments
• Research, reconcile, and resolve aging accounts in a timely manner
• Update and maintain accurate resale certificates for AR files
• Utilize effective credit references and data reports to facilitate collection efforts
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email to manage payments and resolve issues
