At Caring Transitions Central Az, we help families through some of life’s biggest transitions—downsizing, moving, and online estate sales. Every project is different, and every home has a story.

We’re looking for a hands-on Team Lead who can organize, lead a small crew, and keep projects moving—while making a real difference for local families.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

• Leading a small team on-site (you’re the go-to person)
• Turning a full home into a clean, organized, ready-to-sell space
• Helping sort items for auction, donation, or disposal
• Making sure projects stay on track and run smoothly
• Being the calm, organized presence clients rely on

• Flexible, part-time schedule (no two days are the same)
• Opportunity to grow into a bigger leadership role
• A fun, fast-moving environment (think: treasure hunt meets teamwork)
• The chance to truly help families during important life transitions

Pay: $18 hour (based on experience) 

• Naturally takes charge and keeps things organized
• Loves staying busy and hates sitting at a desk
• Enjoys working with people and leading a team
• Can problem-solve on the fly
• Likes variety—every house and project is different

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Lots of moving, standing, and working in different environments

It’s hands-on, sometimes fast-paced—but also incredibly rewarding.
