Extrusion Helper (Plastics Company)

Position - Extrusion Operator Trainee

Job Location - Kaukauna, WI

Starting Date - Immediate

Employment Term - Regular, Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type - Full-Time

Work Hours - Train on first shift, then move to either 2nd or 3rd shift

Starting Pay - $18 an hour

Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

Required Education - HSED or equivalent

Required Experience - 1+ year of manufacturing

As the Extrusion Helper responsibilities entail making packaging products for customers, checking for quality, and maintain a clean work environment.

• Operate and assist machine
• Package products
• Work as a team with great communication
• Check for quality

Qualifications

• HSED or equivalent
• MUST be able to list 50 pounds consistently
• Team Player
• Great attendance
