Pearl Nursing Center of Rochester LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our dedicated team at our Rochester, NY facility. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our patients' rooms, ensuring a positive experience for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize patient rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces

• Restock linens, towels, and toiletries as needed

• Handle and dispose of trash and recyclables in a responsible manner

• Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage areas and mechanical rooms

• Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure timely completion of tasks

• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the facility management team

• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
