As a Yard Operations Specialist, you’ll keep our outdoor facility operating smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You’ll be the go-to teammate for equipment care, customer support, and safe material handling—working closely with a crew that values clear communication and reliability.

• Keep the yard spotless and orderly, placing materials and equipment in their proper locations.
• Assist customers with loading and unloading, delivering friendly, solution-focused service.
• Walk the yard regularly to spot hazards and correct them before they become issues.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other yard tools with care and efficiency.
• Coordinate with team members so inventory flow and yard traffic stay on track.
• Handle basic upkeep of yard equipment and immediately report mechanical concerns.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards without exception.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a yard or warehouse setting is a plus.
• Ability to operate forklifts and similar equipment (certification preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
• Clear communicator with solid people skills.
• Comfort lifting heavy items and working outdoors in different weather conditions.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
