• You are able to reliably commute to this job's location? (Santa Cruz or Monterey Counties)

• You have at least 1 year Facility Experience or CNA Equivalent Level Skill Set? (strongly preferred)

• Hands-on personal care caregiver experience

• Ability to stay awake, alert, and attentive during overnight caregiver shifts

• You can commit to working at least 40 hours per month

Caregiver Daily Duties!

• Awake overnight caregiver supervision

• Personal care caregiver duties (brief changes, bed baths, hygiene support)

• Transfer assistance & mobility support

• Light housekeeping as part of caregiver duties

• Meal preparation & light cooking

• Medication reminders

• Safety monitoring & overnight caregiver companionship
