• Coordinate and oversee all shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
• Prepare shipping documents and labels, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality, addressing any discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain organized records of shipments, receipts, and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and other departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Assist in inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
• Utilize shipping software and systems to track shipments and manage logistics.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to shipping and receiving.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in shipping and receiving, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with shipping software and inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift and move packages as needed.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
