As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our part-time evening shift, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional care to our residents.

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA to provide high-quality care to our patients on our part-time evening shift. As a CNA at Birchwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities, transfers, and ambulation
• Promoting patient comfort, dignity, and well-being through effective communication and empathetic care
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintaining accurate and thorough records of patient care and treatment

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff
• Perform vital signs and report any abnormal findings to the nursing staff
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility exercises
• Foster a positive and supportive environment for patients and families
